Privacy and Safety
All staff are trained in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance. Our electronic medical records system, ModMed, is a HIPAA-safe cloud-based program with a portal for patient communications. All emails use a HIPAA-compliant encryption called Paubox.
